EASY BAKED GRANOLA BAR'S
3 1/2 cups of quick oats
2/3 cup of melted butter
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
add 2-4 cups of options
raisins, nuts, chocolate or carob chips, coconut,
|We have also added some of this dry cereal,|
as it was free on a coupon-you know!
Was very good!
We love to keep these on hand for a 'healthy' snack.
We also make up several batches of them for going away, camping etc!
They' re great for a quick & light breakfast with some yogurt.
